Good quality methylated formulation.
This has now become a regular purchase. Good quality methylated B- vitamin formulation, so more bioavailable than many other products. Good value. I was getting cramps and did a blood test expecting my mineral levels to be low. I was quite surprised to discover that it was actually my vitamin B levels that were low. These tablets are easy to swallow, and don’t really have a taste.

So we run in cycles in terms of doing B supplements, but they've become more important recently. This did fine in our rotation.

Price is ok, and tablets are an easy size to swallow. For some reason though, I found that they made me feel a bit nauseous.
