Moringa food supplement capsules. I really wanted to try these because of the reports regarding the Moringa Plant's help at keeping Alzheimers at bay. Having read a little more about it, I find it is also noted as being more effective at reducing inflammation than turmeric. This box contains 120 capsules which is enough for 60 days. Instructions are: Adults take one capsule twice a day with water. Not for Pregnant or Nursing Women. I much prefer to get my supplements as a powder sprinkled into apple juice, or taken with food. These capsules can be pulled apart. I did just that and mixed my moringa powder in a medicine glass and drank it down which is much more palatable than swallowing the capsule whole.
Pros: 2 month supply, fits through the letter box, moringa has been linked to having many benefits. Cons: Is the lid safe? Are results dependent on the individual? Could reduce fertility. The packaging is a great idea. It's very slim and fits through the letter box. They smell (and taste) a little bit like strong green tea. The capsules are quite large but easy to manage. It's always hard to say whether a supplement is actually giving you benefits, especially after a short time of use.
These taste strongly herbal so you might want to wash them down with a glass of juice, but if you are into all things natural they might even taste very pleasant. These are not too big and not too small, quite manageable. The effect will probably show in the long run, so far it is difficult to notice any difference, as could be expected with a food supplement. The box is quite compact being flat so are easy to store and carry in a bag/case.
I have often in fun of taking natural moringa seed but coming across this tablet makes me to have another advanced moringa tablet. But please if you are pregnant DO NOT TAKE IT. The box of this tablet consists of 120 capsules which you can use for about 60 days. It is advised that you comply with the dosage written on the information on the package. Thank you.
it took me a while to come here to give my review, because I wanted to give time enough to realize the effects and benefits on my body. I suffer with stomach disorders, such as constipation, gastritis and since i started to take the Moringa capsules my constipation is gone!
