I use these cherry supplements as a preventative measure for gout and they seem to help for me, my number of attacks has gone down since I started using them a couple of years ago, although there is of course no way to tell for sure! Pills are quite large but don't trouble me when swallowing them. I've tried a few other brands and these are the cheapest by a couple of quid a box/pack although their ingredients do differ, a lower percentage of montgomery cherry so I've you're bothered, I'd suggest checking the ingredient list.
Good value and a good product. It seems to reduce my arthritis pain which is great. Convenient to use. I used to order liquid form of Montmorency Black Cherry Juice which was great but this appears to be more affordable.
I have managed to clear gout attacks in 2 or 3 days with these by taking 2 a day, which is so much preferable than prescribed strong NSAIDs. I take one a day to keep gout at bay. They certainly seem to work for me!
