Appears to have helped reduce the arthritic pain in my hands. Not taken them long enough to give a proper review but the prognosis appears to be excellent. UNFORTUNATELY, I and at least 2 other people I'd recommend, had a reaction very similar to severe depression!! After stopping the turmeric we returned to our normal selves!!!
I've been taking turmeric tablets for some time to help with arthritis pain. Since I am no longer taking prescription meds I thought I would buy a product with a higher strength and these have been really good. They're easy to swallow and my arthritis pain has greatly reduced.
Am trying these turmeric capsules for mild muscle pain. Only used them for two weeks, so too soon to decide yet. Easy to swallow and no side effects as some other reviewers have mentioned. Will take the two months supply before deciding whether to carry on.
Excellent product, it's a better price than other similar products, and the flat shape of the container makes it easier to store, at least for me, as long as the price remains cheaper for the quality, I will continue to use.
Many say that turmeric has health benefits - and I believe them. The active ingredient is curcumin, which has been found to reduce inflammation and increase antioxidants. So...all I can say is that this is a good product.
