Olive leaf extract are said to have anti-inflammatory properties, antioxidants help to control high cholesterol and aid in lowering blood pressure. A decent supplement for many of us to take once we hit certain years in our lives. I've not taken olive leaf supplements before but thought I'd try them as I have high BP and my cholesterol has been high all my adult life which I didn't know about until I hit 50, apparently some people are predisposed to high cholesterol and it runs in families so when I was very fit in my younger years it wasn't an issue but now combined with high BP and low thyroid it is cause for concern. I dislike taking cholesterol tablets as they've made me gain weight so I'm hoping come my next blood test I'll see a positive difference in my cholesterol reading after using these capsules.

These are very reasonably priced at well under a tenner. You’re getting 60 capsules and the recommended dosage is either one or two daily. So this will last for either one or two months. This is a vegan product which is especially impressive considering the price. They have used vegetarian capsules rather than cheap nasty gelatin which is appreciated. You also get a reasonably long expiry date of well over a year. At almost 7000 mg per capsule it is a decent dosage as well.
