il have only been using a while cannot confirm a change. The only thing I will say is my skin and hair is looking good. has for the pain I have cannot confirm a change yet but will persevere.

Makes you look a lot younger, fuller lips and less wrinkles. Easy to swallow with water. Good value for money. No taste if you drink something with it. Performance good.

For splitting nails
My nails were really bad and I couldn't grow them past the end of fingers. The collagen has really helped and they are much stronger.
