3 Months supply if taking one per day, manufacture recommended dose is 1 tablet, 1-2 times per day. The tablets are in the manufacturers box with a lift off cap. Underneath the cap is a peel off foil tamperproof seal. These are in a letterbox friendly container so you do not need to be home to take delivery. These are tablet form and nt capsules. The size of the tablet is the same regular size that the famous branded supplement store beginning with H and B sell, so if you are accustomed too those sizes you will be fine with these. For the amount of tablets you get for the low price tag and high dose I am pleased with them.
Ok so this is made in Britain, I haven't yet been taking it long enough, nor in controlled conditions to report its benefits. But to start with, its a big tub with replaceable lid. The first thing you'll notice is these are the biggest tablets i've ever seen. For that i've deducted 2 stars perhaps unfairly but what I do is break them in half, even then they're still large to swallow. But they are tasteless and dissolve in water.
I bought this supplement to help me train for a marathon, after doing some research I found that it helps with muscle repair and growth to get me back on my feet faster than I would have done otherwise. Anecdotally, this seems to work at least a little although it's not a night and day difference. I seem to be recovering faster than I did before taking the supplements so I'm taking that's a pro.
I absolutely love these tall thin vitamin bottle designs. My cupboard is full of unstackable, space-taking vitamin bottles and I am just in love with this design. Saves so much space. They're not the smallest pills (Lysine never is), but it's a nifty supplement to have in the house!
Tablets were large and hard to swallow and container approx. 7 inches high! Manufcaturer needs to have a rethink about these two aspects.
