I am not a nutrition but have always sort of lived by the rule that if you're not getting the vitamins/minerals needed the first thing to look at is your diet. I know mine isn't the best at the moment but I intend to work on it. In the interim, I've started to take vitamin/mineral tablets. These are manufactured in the UK which adds some reassurance in terms of quality standards and safety/hygiene. Although, the label print quality isn't great which sort of counteracts that reassurance of UK manufactured and the bottle is an odd shape. On a less positive note despite the name 'FocusBoost' they didn't appear to have any benefit. A bigger factor for me whether I was able to focus or not was whether I got a good nights sleep! It's only 1 months supply for adults and just slightly annoying having to take 4 of them. I'm also not sure whether specific tailored vitamins has any benefit over a generic multivitamin. My limited understanding is that if your body doesn't need the vitamin then it will just excrete it. I've rated 4 stars because it's not a bad product and I think it would be a good option for anybody looking for a tailored supplement.
I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement. The tablets are small in size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended adult serving size of 4 then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money at under a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your cognitive health.
Flat pack of 120 tablets that are small but appear to be uncoated and have a slight taste to them. These are essentially B6, Magnesium, Copper and Zinc supplements in one tablet. Not that high a level of each but convenient. I've been a little tired and having trouble to concentrate recently and was rather hoping these would help. I'll update if they start to work.
Small round tablets that are easy to swallow with no obvious taste. At here are 120 tablets in the container but if an adult is taking these you need to take 4 tablets daily so then you have a month supply. Haven’t noticed any affects from taking these so far, haven’t experienced any bad side affects either.
This supplement is a combination of several important vitamins - vitamin B6, magnesium, zinc and copper. As with most vitamins and supplements, effects aren't usually immediate and I've only been taking them for a few days. They are easy to swallow.
