Coenzyme Q10 (COQ10) is a molecule produced in the body. It aids mitochondria during energy production. It is similar to other Pseudovitamin compounds because it is vital for survival.

Several diseases are associated with low COQ10 levels, including fibromyalgia and the aftermath of a heart attack, known as post-myocardial infarction. Depression, Prader-Willi syndrome, male infertility, Peyronie’s disease, migraines, and Parkinson’s also cause a COQ10 deficiency. Good Co-Q10 supplement.
This is a good quality Co-enzyme Q10 supplement. This particular one comes in the form of a fair sized capsule that is easy to swallow with water. I love the packaging as it is not over the top an the flat pack fits through the letter box easily, so no waiting in for parcels - and it takes up little room when stored at home with other supplements. If only they all came in a flat container, it would make things so much easier! I am very happy with the supplement as it supports so many functions of my ageing body and I do feel more energetic and less foggy when I am taking it.
