I've been taking 3 tablets a day for nearly a month and I have to say I do think they have "done what they said on the tin". I started taking them because over the last 6 months I'd developed a really nasty fungal infection on the scalp which wouldn't clear up with medicated shampoos and was making my life a misery as it was so itchy and sore. Since taking these tablets (combined with medicated shampoo and conditioner) my scalp has pretty much gone back to normal. In addition the acne I have had on my face over the last 2 years has massively improved and nearly all gone. I didn't expect that to happen but it must be linked as I've not changed any of my other skincare.
Just taking these caps, 2 every morning. Had a fungal big toe infection for a few years now. On one side it got all yellow and the nail started retreating. Kept trying all the different pens and lacquers but all of them would only help slightly. But this complex is working miracles - the yellowness is gone almost completely now and the nail is growing back. Super happy and can't recommend enough!
This needs to be taken more frequently, comes in a smaller quantity, and is more expensive than other probiotics available. However I've found it also doesn't work for me, whenever I try it I get another yeast infection. When I switch back to my old brand it goes away again. Might work for others.
Packaging is nice though and capsules are easy to swallow, if a bit big
After taking an extended course of antibiotics and other prescribed medication I kept getting skin fungal infections and struggled with my gut health. I initially took a course of probiotics which helped with the stomach but this product has definitely got to grips with the fungal infection side of things very quickly. I'm over the moon with how it's made me feel.
The benefits of this product was noticeable within 3 days. I took 2 twice a day for a week to get my system cleared and functioning and then maintained on 2 every night with an additional Probiotic. Was great for my skin which was breaking out aggressively. Stopped the breakout 'dead in its tracks'.
