It takes several months of use for vitamin supplements to become evident on your nails but these do work. They're good quality (I've had some in the past that disintegrate in their packaging), and a reasonable price. Ive had two lots now and will definitely keep on using these ones.
These supplements have been fantastic for my hair. I noticed last year my hair was thinning a lot around the top sides of my face. Since taking the supplements my hair has started to fill in on the thinning areas and feels a lot more thicker in general.
