I have been involved in the health food business for many years. It is a fascinating side business and I have learned so much about the effectiveness of products via trail and error. This product offers B3 and is used by the body to convert energy from food. Many times if you lack energy, B3 supplementation may help. It can also enhance the mood and will help with depression. It is water-soluble, so if you are depleted of B3, you may need to stage he dose throughout the day. We take a strong multivitamin in the morning and take B3 in the late afternoon. There is much evidence that B3 will help with certain types of skin cancer, it will help the kidneys, helps type 1 diabetes and helps mood. This product also combines Reservatol and TMG. I have to caution anyone taking TMG who has high cholesterol, as this can increase cholesterol in the body. So beware that TMG can have a negative effect on the body. This is a good product for mood enhancement. There is little positive evidence for TMG and Reservatol is great for the heart and will help lower the cholesterol effects of TMG. This is a good product and I am happy to recommend it.
Niacinamide is required for the proper function of fats and sugars in the body and to maintain healthy cells. Trans-Resveratrol has anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. The capsules themselves are rather large, have very little taste but go down easy. I'll bide my time and see if they help with my osteoarthritis pain.
Within a few days of taking these, the redness on my face subsided. In addition the under skin inflammation of old acne/pitting has been significantly reduced. Amazing really given how long I've suffered with it. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend. Excellent quality and good price. Thank you.
This is a great item that I have as part of my longevity routine. Whilst I take other supplements like NAD boosters and Trans-Resveratrol, this gives me a bit of an extra top-up and importantly provides Tri-Methyl Glycine. I couldn't recommend this company and product enough.
Great to see this B3 is combined with Trans resveratrol and TMG, making it a good all-in-one. However, becoming more conscientious about keeping things clean in both health, food and supplements, it's sad to see that a lot of industries use maltodextrin as a filler.
