Recommended dosages of Astaxanthin range from 4mg-12mg a day depending on the desired effect. The capsules are small, really easy to swallow and are free from many common allergens. There are many research papers on astaxanthin showing health benefits. This is not the first time I've taken this type of product, so time will tell how effective it is.
I take one capsule a day. Very impressed with this gel capsule, it is easy to swallow and does not cause me any stomach irritation. Normally my eyes are easily feeling dried and tired after looking at computer screen for the whole day and this was able to help and my headache is lessened. Will continue using this to get the full benefits.
Although it's hard to really gauge any specific results and attribute them to these solely, the research shows this is a very good noninflammatory and my partner hasn't experienced any issues with them. He stuck to one a day so has now used them all over the past two months.
